At Chewior, we’re committed to helping you strengthen your jaw, ease tension, and build definition with our products. We stand behind their effectiveness, which is why we encourage you to use them consistently for at least 14 days before considering a return.
If you’re not satisfied after 14 days and within our 60-Day Money Back Guarantee, you can request a return by emailing us at hello@chewior.com.
Cancellation Policy
You may request changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, your order will already be processing and we may not be able to accommodate changes. If your order is canceled within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

We’re confident that Chewior products deliver results. That’s why every purchase is covered by our 60-day guarantee. To get the most out of your trainer, we recommend a minimum of 14 days of use before making a decision.
If after that time you’re still unsatisfied, you may return your item within 60 days of purchase. Please note: shipping fees (if applicable) are not refundable.
To initiate a return, simply fill out the form on our Contact Us page or email us at hello@chewior.com. To speed up processing, please include your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used at checkout.
Damaged Items
We take great care when packing orders to prevent damage. An item is considered damaged if it arrives defective or physically broken. Please note that damaged packaging (such as a dented box) does not qualify if the product itself is in good condition.
If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing hello@chewior.com with clear photos of the damage. If approved, we’ll replace your item at no cost. We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for products damaged by normal wear, misuse, or improper handling.
Shipping and Delivery
We aim to ship every order promptly, but delays can occur due to courier services, customs, or other factors outside our control. Chewior is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they leave our facility.
If you encounter delivery issues, please contact the courier directly for assistance.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It’s the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is submitted and we’re not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, we cannot offer a refund or resend.
