At Chewior, we’re proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders—no hidden fees, no surprises.


Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order. An order is considered “dispatched” once it has been handed off to our shipping carrier and is on its way to you.

During peak times and holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days. We’ll always do our best to move things along quickly and keep you updated.


Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery time refers to the transit period after your order has been dispatched. The exact timeframe depends on your location and courier service.

📦 United States: 5–8 business days
📦 United Kingdom: 6–10 business days
📦 Europe: 6–10 business days
📦 Rest of World: 10–15 business days

Please note: During peak times or due to customs inspections, shipping carriers may experience delays in transit or tracking updates outside of our control.


Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide complete and correct shipping information at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect details may cause delays or cancellation.

If our system detects an address issue, our support team will email you within 3 business days for verification. If we don’t hear back, your order may be canceled.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us at hello@chewior.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed after this window.


Delayed Delivery

We understand how important timely delivery is. While we always aim to ship quickly, there may be circumstances outside of our control (such as severe weather, customs delays, or courier issues) that impact delivery.

If we encounter internal delays (such as product availability, address verification, or payment issues), we will notify you as soon as possible.

Please note: Chewior is not liable for delays caused by external factors. However, we will always do our best to assist you and keep you informed.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package has been handed to the courier, responsibility for delivery rests with them. Chewior is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, as these fall outside our refund policy.

If your order is lost or stolen, please:

1. Contact the courier directly to file a claim.

2. Email us at hello@chewior.com so we can also follow up with the courier on your behalf.

In some cases, the courier may be able to locate and deliver your package. If it cannot be found, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation. Filing a police report may also be required.
