Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package has been handed to the courier, responsibility for delivery rests with them. Chewior is not responsible for lost or stolen packages; however, with insurance we will send another package at no cost.
If your order is lost or stolen, please:
1. Email us at hello@chewior.com so we are aware your package has been affected.
2. As soon as we confirm your order included shipping insurance we will send another package at no cost.
In some cases, the courier may be able to locate and deliver your package. If it cannot be found, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation.
Damaged Items
We take great care when packing orders to prevent damage. An item is considered damaged if it arrives defective or physically broken. Please note that damaged packaging (such as a dented box) does not qualify if the product itself is in good condition.
If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing hello@chewior.com with clear photos of the damage. If approved, we’ll replace your item at no cost. We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for products damaged by normal wear, misuse, or improper handling.
